We will arrange for an island chef to come to your villa or home to prepare a scrumptious meal for you and your guests (10 people max).

This is one of our most popular services for our vacation rental customers. Everyone enjoys the opportunity to watch, learn, discuss and most importantly taste a true bit of local flavor.

The process is as follows:

1) Select your date and time frame above. Enter this information online or call us at 970-300-4078 in the US or 445-3130 on Roatan.

2) We will then contact you with some basic questions. How many in your party? What sounds good to eat? We will go over some general menu ideas with you, such as Chicken, Fish, Lobster etc.. and give you some ideas on what would pair well with the meal; maybe a conch soup or perhaps some local plantain dishes.

3) Once the menu is organized we will meet with the chef, give her the instructions and she will do all the food shopping for the meal.

4) The day of the meal she will arrive at the house 3-5 hours early to begin cooking everything. If you enjoy learning this is a great opportunity to watch and discuss the local techniques.

5) The meal will be served and the kitchen cleaned.

Pricing: $50 for the chefs time + the cost of food and gratuity.

Deposits, Refunds and Balance Payments:
We require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 3 days before your tour. In addition, you will receive a full refund if your cruise ship does not stop in Roatan for any reason, or if weather conditions or other factors force us to cancel your reservation. Balance payments in Roatan must be paid in cash with U.S. dollars or travelers checks. If you wish to pay your balance in advance by credit card, a surcharge of 4 percent of the payment amount will be charged to your credit card.
