Roughly 80 percent the marine life found in the Caribbean can be found in the waters surrounding the island. The Roatan coral reef system (protected within the Honduran National Marine Reserve) offers some of the best snorkeling in the Caribbean. Experts have long considered the reef around Roatan to be at the center of the most impressive stretch of the 400-mile long Mesoamerica Reef.
Other sea creatures that call this area home include dolphins, conch, grouper, snapper, bonefish, tarpon, permit fish, seahorses, wrasse blennies, sail fin blennies, octopus, eagle rays, and the largest fish in the sea, the gentle whale shark.

Length of Tour: 3.5 hours. The length of the tour includes transportation time to and from the cruise ship terminal. Location of Tour Departure: Cruise Ship Passengers: Your tour guide will meet you across the street from the main security gate of the Roatan Cruise ship Dock or your point of departure. The meeting location serves as the parking area for excursion tour buses transporting cruise ship passengers. Your tour guide will be stationed beside a wooden booth holding a sign displaying your name. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 3 days before your tour. In addition, you will receive a full refund if your cruise ship does not stop in Roatan for any reason, or if weather conditions or other factors force us to cancel your reservation. Balance payments in Roatan must be paid in cash with U.S. dollars or travelers checks. If you wish to pay your balance in advance by credit card, a surcharge of 4 percent of the payment amount will be charged to your credit card.
