1) Cancellation is less than three (3) days away from date of event/service/activity: If cancellation is received within 3 days of the excursion or service the deposit payment will be lost and the credit card on file will be charged for the full cost of excursion and/or service cost. Certain exceptions may apply.
2) Cancellation by excursion or service provider: If for any reason the service or excursion provider needs to cancel or change the service/excursion, all paid amounts will be refunded in full including deposit. This includes but not limited to if provider change dates, inclusions, age requirements and or cancels excursion or service.
3) No refunds are available once a tour, activity, attractions or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, spa treatment, meal or any other services already utilized.
4) In case an activity is canceled due to bad weather conditions, we guarantee to all of our customers a Full Refund. However, if the activity operates, rain or shine, and the customers decide not to go, the customer will be charged for the last minute cancellation.
